Why Yahoo Turned Microsoft Down Sunday Gospel: May 10, 2008

T’was quite some time I haven’t visited Smorty. Well maybe because I have this feeling that they aren’t gonna give me (or anyone else) any “earning” tasks at all. Anyway, when I try to check back on their Post Exchange, I was assigned to discuss and comment on something unique: for a baby blog site, “yummy baby“.

What’s striking about this is that aside from having a kid as well, this mom which I presume to be the “real” owner of the blog, has that deep patience (and it’s a virtue!) to update her kid’s blog every now and then. Funny it is, because I also made a Friendster and a Google Picasa for my own kid as well, but because of my busy work, I haven’t had the chance (well mostly) to update her own profile. But this mom (and her hubby, I believe) has that longer time for their kid. I’ve concluded this when I’ve read that line that their kid also loves to play with the computer. Yes, and that’s a PC! Well, nowadays, most kids really do, like my kid who likes to play online games at the NickJr website.

To the parents of “yummy baby“: I salute you with your upbringing of your kid. One piece of suggestion, since I am doing this too: Try to collect/make all the pictures of your kid (of course without her knowing of your intention), from birth to her 18th birthday (debutante), then surprise her with that on her 18th birthday. She’ll love it! *wink*
